1.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use the bee9 platform. Access to this platform's services is only permitted for those aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using any of the services.

bee9 may request documents for age verification at any time. If a user opens an account by providing a false age, that account and any funds held in it will be forfeited.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

bee9's services may not be available in all countries or regions. Users are solely responsible for confirming that participating in online gaming or betting from their location is permitted under local law. Compliance with local regulations is entirely the user's responsibility.

1.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same IP address, or from the same device is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the permanent closure of all related accounts, and any pending bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may cause issues during the account verification process and may delay or prevent withdrawal of funds.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from the user's own registered payment account.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the bee9 account within a few minutes.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% match bonus is provided on the first deposit at bee9, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined sum of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are not fully withdrawable until the wagering requirements are met.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward bonus wagering.

4.3 Other Bonuses & Promotions

bee9 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on that specific offer's page. One promotion may not be combined with another during its validity period, unless explicitly stated.

4.4 VIP Program

bee9's VIP program has four tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on activity and contribution. The criteria for moving to a higher tier are determined by bee9.

5.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bee9 makes a discretionary decision under exceptional circumstances. All bet outcomes are recorded on bee9's servers and that record shall be considered final.

5.2 Sports Betting

When participating in sports betting, users should note that if a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled in accordance with bee9's established policy. Specific rules for half-time bets, handicap bets, or special markets are defined separately.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

The outcomes of all casino games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). This technology ensures that every spin or card deal is completely fair and not predetermined.

Game results caused by a technical error or software failure will be deemed void and the amount wagered on the related bet will be refunded.

5.4 Fishing Games

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bee9 platform:

• Using the platform for illegal money laundering or unethical financial activities.

• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
